Pearletha Phillips-Washington

Dr. Pearletha R. Washington, 41, of Wentzville died March 20, 2008, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. She was born Oct. 11, 1966, to Arnie and Catherine Phillips in Forrest City, Ark.

Dr. Washington was a physician at Dr. Washington's Family Practice in Wentzville.She is survived by her father, of Forrest City, Ark.; her mother, of Warrenton; six brothers, Ricky Phillips of Sarasota, Fla., Ron Phillips of Port Charlotte, Fla., and Leon, Anthony, Bernard and Artell Phillips; one sister, Luada Buckles; and her fiance, Lemoyne Thomas Jr. of Wentzville.

She was preceded in death by one son, Derrick A. Thomas.

Services will be at 2 p.m. March 28 at Baue Funeral and Memorial Center in St. Charles with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, 2700 W. Clay St. in St. Charles. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. March 27 at the funeral home.
